Peak Consulting Engineers, LLC. performed the structural design and construction phase structural engineering services together with final document drafting for all of the homes in Sierra Meadows at Silver Oak Golf Course, Carson City, Nevada. This project consisted of five home plans ranging in size from 1750 to 2400 square feet built on 60 lots. This project incorporated the use of high walls and plenty of glass to capture the spectacular views of the Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains. Utilization of practical design and a broad knowledge of the building code provided cost effective structural design solutions for the client. |
