KEITH R SHAFFER, P.E. - President phone ext.: 101 email: krs@peakengineers.com Mr. Shaffer has over 20 years of experience in the design and construction of a variety of civil and building structures and facilities, including commercial, industrial, and residential buildings, bridges, streets and roadways, utility structures, storm water facilities, and land planning. As a project manager and lead designer, Mr. Shaffer has been responsible for the planning, design, and construction management of several public works projects for townships, municipalities, and governmental agencies. Mr. Shaffer is recognized nationally as a timber bridge expert, and has vast experience in the design of glulam timber structures. Mr. Shaffer has worked as a research associate at the Pennsylvania State University where he developed hardwood glulam timber bridge standards for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. BLAKE E. CLARK, P.E.- Project Manager phone ext.: 102 email: bec@peakengineers.com Mr. Clark has been with Peak Consulting Engineers, LLC for over eight years and is one of our senior level engineers and currently serves as a project manager for many of our structural design projects. His responsibilities involve management of all phases of the projects as well as assisting in the technical design and overall development of projects both large and small. Mr. Clark's experience has included design work on several types of structures and building projects including residential and commercial buildings, municipal waste management facilities and bridges. His responsibilities have ranged from component design to complete project development and design including assisting with the development, drafting, and designing details for the structural elements in these projects. Mr. Clark has extensive design experience with several different types of construction materials including concrete, masonry, steel, and timber as well as specialized components such as insulated concrete forms and structural insulated panels. He has also been involved in the design of residential buildings that use environmental friendly materials such as straw bales and pneumatically impacted stabilized earth. ROBERT A. GARDNER-- Senior Structural Engineer phone ext.: 201 email: rag@peakengineers.com Robert A. Gardner- Mr. Gardner joins Peak as a Senior Structural Engineer. He brings with him over 30 years of experience and expertise in the structural design and engineering field. He has lived in Minden with his wife, Sandy and raised his seven children there. His past project experience includes schools, churches, commercial and residential buildings as well as site work for public and private clients. |

JOSEPH G. DABEL - P.E. phone ext.: 108 email: jgd@peakengineers.com Mr. Dabel holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters degree in Structural Engineering from Utah State University. Mr. Dabel has been employed with PEAK Consulting Engineers, LLC since December of 2003 and has been involved in structural design in the State of Nevada and the State of California, primarily with residential and commercial building projects; including, several private residences, wood bridge design, subdivision homes, restaurants, and office buildings.
